The utility "cygcheck" is equivalient to "ldd" on Linux/Unix and lists
all the DLLs used by an executable.

cygcheck grads.exe

Fire up gradsdap and open a sample dataset, e.g.,

gradsdap
...
ga-> sdfopen http://opendap.nccs.nasa.gov:9090/dods/GEOS-5/ARCTAS/0.5_deg/assim/inst2d_hwl_x
ga-> d o3du

I need to place the standard test datasets on a GDS so that the
pytests/ do this automatically.
