This is a question for Jennifer; I believe the default size of the
initial window has changed in GrADS v2. I did not do anything special
for the Win32 build.

Hmm.... This is not as simple to implement as you might think. By
default, if you have several instances of GrADS running simultaneously
they all share the same X server. So, if you kill Xming on exit, you
have to make sure there is no other process using it. I'll think about
it.
