Indeed, but what a user want may not be a fully-featured GrADS, so the
build should proceed with what the  user has.

In fedora, we add all the features we can add, so when I have time, I'll
submit libgadap for inclusion in fedora if the license is free software.
I currently don't have time, but certainly in a few weeks.
