Re: [Opengrads-devel] the build environment [addendum]

The $nc_include variable is almost exactly like $NC_CFLAGS in the  
opengrads build. I renamed it to distinguish it because I added one  
more step (the AC_SUBST(nc_include) call). I was trying to reproduce  
the behavior of  $dap_libs, which is working in my build. Am I  
forgetting to add something somewhere?
