Why? Just start a cmd.exe and type "grads", it should work the same way as
before. The
"GrADS 1.9" menu under [Start]/[All Programs] is just an extra convenience.

See previous message, I forgot to include the extensions the first time
around. Download a fresh copy and reinstall. It should be there now.
