Whatever is kept on the opengrads.org CVS repository (soon "git") is open to
everyone for checkout (sf.net requirement), and of course  you have check in
privileges as well. I'll be mirroring COLAs releases on the COLA vendor
branch and merging it in to the trunk as soon as I reasonable.

BTW, I am bout to check in the revised pytests for v2; hold on checking in
to pytests for a sec. I'll send e-mail shortly.
