[Opengem-general] Installing OpenGEM from SDK 3

Good evening,

I just got the OpenGEM SDK3 zip file from sourceforge and and extracted it
too a special folder. There is soo much in there! I honestly can't figure
out how to build it, what to build, if I have to build whatever it is that
I have to build, if I can do it on linux or not, and once it's built, how
to transfer those files to a floppy image for use in Virtualbox. Could
someone please help me out with this?!
