I have the files PWLib.dll, PTLib.dll and the OpenH323.dll all placed in the WinNt\System32 directory which is by default in the path.

After running "opengate install" I was able to install the opengate as a service. However, when I try to run the service it keeps saying

When I try to start the gatekeeper...

it says access violation ... access denied..

I cannot start it successfully

Maybe, you must put 7 *.dll files(OpenH323d.dll, OpenH323.dll,OpenH323n.dll,PWLibd.dll,PTLibd.dll,PWLib.dll,PTLib.dll) in winnt/system32/.
I can start it successfully well.

It looks like you need to recompile the source for now, it's not too difficult.

    Apologies

    Thank you.
