#28 Ordinal 2244 NOT LOCATED IN PTLIB.DLL

When I tried to open or install the latest Build of
Opengatekeeper in Winnt Win98 I recieved the error
" The Ordinal 2244 could not be located in the dynamic
link library ptlib.dll ",

Does Anybody have revisions or past library
files that could solve this problem???

And does anybody also Know about the Windows CE
Functionality with Open H323?? If the Porting
from Windows9x to Windows CE has been truely
implemented as located in the CVS Directory of
OpenH323.org??
