#11 multiple issues

Version 0.9alpha3 with openh323 1.1pl1, linux 2.2.18

1) The opengatekeeper crashes sometimes on gatekeeper
discovery

2) The opengatekeeper is not responding to multicast
addresses (ohphone and openam, however same binary
worked fine on multicast with openh323gk)

3) The opengatekeeper has an ini option for log file but
this does not appear to work, you have to do
-l logfilepath

4) The opengatekeeper has an ini option for log debug level
but this does not change the sparse info reported:
[System]
Log Level=3
and
[Log]
File=
Level=3

5) If opengatekeeper dies then I do a killall opengate,
then I restart my clients, they can't connect to the
gatekeeper and terminate. I have to do a ./opengate -k,
then restart opengate again. After this, my clients
can connect to the gatekeeper.

host 1:
# ./opengate -d
<A>bort <C>ore....
# killall opengate
# ./opengate -d

host 2:
$ openam -g host1
<no gatekeeper>

host 1:
# ./opengate -k
# ./opengate -d

host 2:
# openam -g host1
<now works>
