#314 Bug in Immersed Boundary Tutorial

Hi everybody,

the Immersed Boundary Tutorials from the nextRelease in foam-extend-4.1 aren't working.
If I turn of all the movement in "movingCylinderInChannelIco" the case runs and creates results but with any movement I can't finish the simulation.
Also the other tutorials won't work.

Does anybody has the same problems?
