[Openfoam-extend-general] Patching of Releases breaks compilation

There was a problem with the upgradeAndRecompile-Script that is
recommended for using the patch-branches: the 3 lines context were not
enough to correctly (due to the heavy indenetation). This broke
tensorI.H because certain lines were added every time the patch-script
was run (creating multiple definition). 

This has been fixed. Download the fixed scripts before attempting
another patch
