Please find the attached is the 3rd CALL FOR PAPER with the following updated points: 1. Following many requests, the deadline for abstract submission has been extended to April* 30, 2018*. Abstracts can be submitted through the following website pages: http://openfoamworkshop.org/submission/ or http://dcwan.sjtu.edu.cn/OpenFOAM2018/submission/ All abstracts will be peer reviewed and the accepted abstracts will be included in the OFW13 proceedings. Selected abstracts will be recommended their full papers for publication in special issues or columns of /Ocean Engineering,/ /Computers & Fluids/, /Journal of Hydrodynamics/, /Journal of Ocean Engineering and Science// /based on the regular journal review after the workshop. 2. Mini-Symposium (MS) of Community Day will be held during the OFW13 and provide an opportunity for more informal discussions and presentations in areas of interests. Prospective MS organizers are encouraged to submit proposals for the MS of Community Day. The submission deadline of the proposal for Mini-Symposium of Community Day is *April 30, 2018*. These sessions are for not only beginners but also for advanced users and developers. *Everyone who is interesting in learning OpenFOAM, even those do not have plan to submit abstracts or MS proposals, are still very welcomed to participate the OFW13.* 4.
