This explains it, thanks.

I had split kind 'and', with the wrong assumption that the condition would take 
priority. I now have 'xor' and it's working correctly.

(Openflow version 0.7)

What kind of gate has you activity ?

For this activity, What is the the value of  "Workitem handling split
kind" ?

If it is and, it splits through all the paths, idenpently of the
condition. If it is xor, it goes only  to one path, depending of the
condition.
