Hi everybody, I just want to discuss an idea for using OpenFlow right now, even if it is truly not that much complete. In Italy there is a law (number 241 of 1990) that is devoted towards transparency in the public administrations. Based on this law, each single PA has to provide a complete listing of all the procedures, with the indication of the deadline and the person in charge for the procedure itself. In this way a citizen can know: - how much time will be required to perform a certain thing from a PA (for example, obtaining a license); - with which he have to interact. Obviously, the usage of web is of utmost utility for such problems. OpenFlow (even in this form) can be a simple solution for building such a web site. I will go and demonstrate this thing.
