Is it possible to create a feedback/approval loop in a workflow? For example:
- Person (person 1) submits form data
- Next person (person 2) fills out rebuttle
- Person 2's manager needs to approve person 2's input before sending it on.
- If person 2's manager thought Person 2's response was acceptable, Person 1 would acknolodge the result and the process would end.
- If person 2's manager requested more information then person 2 would need to enter more information to the rebuttle they filled out. (Here is the loop) Then it needs to go through a reapproval process. Once it is approve it would transition to the acknologe results activity then to the end.
I can get the loop to work, but when I go to transition the approved response from the looped activity to the acknologe activity, my system crashes.
