#31 a switch to switch off the tooltips

I would like to have a switch within the tooltip-class, to switch off the tooltip.

like:
$g->set_tool_tip( false);

I think, it's a small thing to do. But I can't. ;-)
Only change a bit in the ActionScript of the SWF and include the parameter to switch off, into the class.
