#4 block rest

add a block rest checkbox for block all comunication not allow, example:

Firefox allow on HTTP,DNS,HTTPS + "block rest"
if there is an FTP request it will be blocked

and also on blockrest for applications...
allow Firefox,Thunderbird + "block rest"

if iexplorer try to access to internet will be blocked
