#95 Icon bug

The following is for version 19.0

When I add data_dir to the odoo.conf it breaks the icons of the native apps. Simply updating data_dir to plm_data_dir within base_client.py and document.py, then of course odoo.conf, seems to fix this bug. I went ahead and updated document_path to plm_document_path for consistency as well.
