There is no way to delete an insurance record (at least provide a checkbox for disabling the insurance so it doesn't show up in pulldowns).
Right now, I'm just changing the name and prepending "DO_NOT_USE:"
This is an enhancement request. not a bug. Can;t delete insurance records because they need to be left in case there are claims from the past. And 'Inactivate' or 'hide' checkbox would be good.
