The ability to delete a patient's note(s) is missing. This should be added with some restrictions; only and admin or the person who wrote the note should be able to remove it. Also, the action of deletion should be logged. AND, perhaps the note should not really be deleted from the system but only marked as deleted. This way the data remains intact but unavailable through the standard UI.

The patient notes are different than encounter notes or office notes. Please do not confuse them.

This feature has been added after v3.0.1 was released. It requires a database upgrade in addition to the inclusion of the new code.
