we have an issue in using e-sign of encounter or an individual part of it. when a provider signs an encounter as a hole or partially with or without locking it, the same provider or another provider can sign it repeatedly. this is somewhat wondering and we did not find any clear reason for that.
plaese help us clarifying the subject
what is the use and importance of "MULTIPLE SIGNATURES" in a form or a complete encounter?
