On accessing the patient portal from multiple sites, the patient from other portal are not able to login as it refers to default site

Hi All,
With existing OpenEMR, on having multiple sites the patients from other sites (apart from default site) are not able to login.

When other sites patient tried to access, "access denied" error message is displayed as the site refers to default and not to the actual site the patient is registered in.

Has anyone come across the same issue.

Hi,

Do you mean the onsite or offsite portal. For the onsite portal, I am pretty sure that if you have a ?site=<sitename> at the end of the html link, then it will go to the correct site.

Hi Brady,
Yes, I refer to the Onsite portal. On trying the <sitename> also, the application responds as "Something Wrong" and does not allow the user to login.
