#269 Bugfix for graphical pain Map

Hello..
The graphical pain map was not loading and php error log gave the following error -
PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined method Controller::Controller() in C:\xampp\htdocs\openemr\interface\clickmap\C_AbstractClickmap.php on line 47
