#457 Unintended weekly and daily provider schedule in the calendar

This bug is related to the 455 and 456 bugs .
Shouldn't the provider appointment behave like the patient ?
In addition to what is describe in 455 and 456 bugs
even a "regular" obtainment of a provider done in the the clinic hours that takes 30 min
is displayed oddly .

Ok I think I found the explanation in the code:
"
if this is an IN or OUT event then we have some extra special
processing to be done
the IN event creates a DIV until the OUT event
or, without an OUT DIV matching the IN event
then the IN event runs until the end of the day"
