#352 Auto-Create or @ Creating multiple Encounters on Save

When "Auto-Create New Encounter" is checked in Administration > Globals > Calendar, and comments are added to the Add/Edit Event window, every time a comment is edited or added to that event and Save is clicked, it will create a new encounter for each time Save is clicked.

The work-around of disabling that function in Globals remedies the issue, but breaks the convenient auto-create functionality.

    I suppose, handling the auto-create functionality only when the 'status' (Arrived) is change and not for other edits in the saved appointment will solve the problem.
