Looking to s
static point for me works as a wakeup call or as a point where the
lucid dream flows back in a normal dream. Looking for the hands is
something that needs to be trained with a lot of waking up(lost
chances of rare lucid dreams). The way of castanada certainly is a
way for the motivated practicer to learn stable dream control, but
for a start i find this method far to unstable. My personal favorite
is to look left and right(in a dream it will go +-720 degrees to both
sides giving you an instant and impressive realisation of the dream..
feels like a rollercoaster stomach rush). This method can be done
really subtile and still be effective.
watch the movie waken life. it's a lucid manual taught by dream
characters to a person that died(his mind still a few minutes
active).. every aspect of dreams is implemented in this movie.. a big
fat wouw:))

Visit my personal Homepage at http://www.prontomail.com/prontomail/users/rhinofoob
______________________________________________
Get Your Free E-mail at http://www.prontomail.com |
