Ticket #174 is about taking the ruf URI verbatim and trying to send a failure report to e.g. ruf@example.com!10m. The attached patch in ticket #174 fixes this behaviour - the mail would be send to ruf@example.com.

Uhm, no, this is about paying attention to the size limit in RUF tags, not about talking the URI verbatime (thus including the '!10m' or whatever size limit was encountered).
It is however debatable how useful it is, as failure reports are usually a few kilobytes in size anyway...
