Stable ray-heightfield collider that supports long rays.
Tested for 512512 hf (10241024 m) and 5000 m ray.
Doesn't support infinite wrapping terrain but can be extended to do it.
This patch doesn't affect any existing code, it just replaces one collider.

This patch is not producing the correct depths; I tried with a zero-level heightfield at the origin, with a ray 2 units above pointing down, I get depth=7.34847 instead of 2.0.
