#155 adds nicer ray parameter functions

Adds the following functions:

dGeomRaySetBackfaceCull
dGeomRayGetBackfaceCull
dGeomRaySetFirstContact
dGeomRayGetFirstContact

...for consistency and cleaner API.
The following should be depreciated (and preferably removed later):

dGeomRaySetParams
dGeomRayGetParams

No significant changes to internal code.
