#4 dSpaceColide loop stop

It should be useful (in my case it is) to stop the
dSpaceColide loop if a requiered condition is true in
nearcallback.

Nearcallback returns true to stop (no more colide
test), or false to continue searching next coliding
pairs.

Exemple: i just want to know if a geom is coliding
with something in a given space : at the first found
contact (in nearcallback) a make the nearcallback
return(true) ... no more coliding test happends -> CPU
preserve !
