Hello.

Functions that construct "world" could be renamed to "scene", for example

"dWorldCreate" -> "dSceneCreate" or "dNewScene",
"dWorldDestroy" -> "dSceneDestroy" or "dDeleteScene".
"dWorldStep" -> "dSceneStep"

and all the other "Create" - "Destroy" function names could be "New" - "Delete".
