[opendds-main] Extensible and Dynamic Topic Types for DDS

I would like to ask if the OpenDDS implementation supports any of the
Extensible and Dynamic Topic Types for DDS as seen in the
http://www.omg.org/spec/DDS-XTypes/1.0/ documents.
