<It looks like the publisher failed to connect to DCPSInfoRepo. Try
<$TAO_ROOT/tests/Hello test to see if it work.
<You also need run $ACE_ROOT/tests/Enum_Interfaces_Test and provide the output
<(in $ACE_ROOT/tests/log directory) here.

Running Hello/server prints nothing
Running Hello/client gives the following message:

NO

(this is while $DDS_ROOT/bin/DCPSInfoRepo -ORBSvcConf tcp.conf -o repo.ior 
is running in the messanger directory).
