Run the InfoRepo using the same command that the test script uses:
$DDS_ROOT/bin/DCPSInfoRepo -ORBSvcConf tcp.conf -o repo.ior
Let it start up (so that repo.ior appears in the current directory) and 
then hit Ctrl-C.
Run $ACE_ROOT/bin/catior -f repo.ior
You will see one or more lines that start with "Host Name:".  This is 
what the other processes are trying to use to connect to the InfoRepo.  
If it's not clear from this what's going on, paste the catior output 
into your reply.
