#29 Add default_pass option to 0.7.12

Adds an option to require "regular" users to login
using a generic password to get into the hub. Unlike
setting "registered_only", this option does not require
registering each user while still forcing all users
that login to provide a password. This makes it easier
to provide a hub to only members of a mailing list or
online forum where the default password is provided
without having to take the time to register an account
for each user.
