#54 Mode where no file transfers or browsing allowed.
How about a feature where the hub actively prevents all
file transfering and browsing from occuring. I assume this
could work by the hub announcing all connected users
with fake/random ips when it is turned on. People could
still talk in the chat but noone could do anything else till
it is turned off.
