#51 reload specific script

if i type !reloadscripts it reloads all the scripts.
would be great if you could add so you can specify if
you want to reload for example bot.pl you could write
!reloadscript(s) bot.pl or !reloadscripts bot and if
you want to reload all either !reloadscripts or
!reloadscripts all the later would be problematic if
you have a script named all :)
