No

In the SubL reference
(http://www.cyc.com/cycdoc/ref/subl-reference.html), it
mentions various functions that don't work: fixnump,
zerop, plusp, minusp, oddp, evenp, max, min, float,
truncate, round, mod, rem, scale-float,
integer-decode-float. A bunch outside of numerics are
missing as well, but I don't want to go through and
exhaustively list them out. But you can't seem to type
in things that use defvar or csetf either, which makes
hand-evaluating some code tricky. :)

Is there some other way that you are supposed to
execute SubL code? Or is this not yet fully supported
for 0.6?

The SubL API was not fully supported in v0.6. These should
now be supported in v0.7. If not, give us a list of missing
    functions.
