#33 Publish v3 changelog

Hello, I would need to see the changelog of v3 before updating.
It looks like a major version... From a new maintainer?
Are there any breaking changes?

Thanks for reminding me. I set up a wiki on our sourceforge page for a
rolling change log.

I need to update it because I created (but not published) a 3.1 and and
already merged some stuff in for 3.2 and need to update the wiki.

Basically the big change was that we updated openCSV to for Java 7 and
since it is using java 7 syntax you cannot build it in an older java (so to
me that was a major point release).

3.1 probably should have been a major point change too because I have
refactored the packaging. So when you update to that you will have to
change your imports. The reason I have not published yet is that I am
trying to get free time (difficult with work and life) to get it published
in maven central. Everyone else working on this project has been able to
merge but for some reason I am missing something and just need time (ha) to
figure it out.
