#107 Documentation errors: maven repo info + sonatype link

A request asking that the library be placed in the Maven repository was closed (see [1]). Unfortunately the documentation (see [2]) has not been updated. Please note that
the group ID has been changed so it not just a question of the version number. Could that be updated as is in [1].

Please note that in [3] the first link to Sonatype is broken.

Yes that has not been updated in a long time. I spent yesterday trying to get the mvn site:deploy to work and got to the point listed in the maven trouble shooting documentation (http://maven.apache.org/plugins/maven-site-plugin/examples/site-deploy-to-sourceforge.net.html).

So once I have a manual process documented that I am comfortable with I will update the page with the latest information.
