[openCRX-developers] Opencrx for Customer service management

Hello Everyone,



I am new to opencrx and the world of crm. I have a new project requirement to develop customer service solution for an 
organisation that specialises in pension funds administration.
 I will like to ask the following questions:

- how to get started with opencrx. There seems to be lot of cool documentation out there. Which one do i start with ?
  which order should i follow when reading them ?

- how can opencrx be customized to meet the requirements of customer service.

- How much time will it take to have a enough knowledge to be able to customize the application for my requirement ?

- I also have interest in Location Intelligence. I will like to ask if anyone has added mapping capabilities to opencrx ?
  I will like to know their experiences.



I have basic knowledge of java EE technologies.
