#76 FCKEditor Spellchecker moves inside iFrame when page resizes

To get to FCKEditor, navigate to desktop, select a document, choose send E-mail action, then spell check. The spell checker shows up as a modal dialog box.

I've noticed that if I resize the window, the spell checker dialog tries to maintain its current location in the window by moving. However, the iFrame holding it does not move.

This is either due to A) FCKEditor just being weird, or B) Our custom iFrame resize logic somehow accessing this iFrame shim.
