#56 Plus sign launches Explorer instead of expanding
In the navigator, clicking the ‘+’ sign should just expand anything within a category. For related folders, though, clicking the ‘+’ causing the ‘Explorer’ view to load.
[Gautam] If we refactored the trees with our better understanding of YUI, this issue would be fixed.
needed to create a separate function for expand that is different from label click (doesn't mess with the explorer view)
