Installation on Windows 7 64 bits

    hello

    I have try to install openCONFIGURATOR-1.1.1 on windows 7 64 bits.

    First try, I choose default directory for installation c:\Program Files
    (x86)\openCONFIGURATOR-1.1.1.

    I have this error message :

    Error opening file for writing :

    c:\Program Files (x86)\openCONFIGURATOR-1.1.1\Kalycito.gif

    Click Abort to stop the installation,

    Retry to try again, or

    Ignore to ignore.

    I click Abort.

    Second try : I change default directory from c:\Program Files
    (x86)\openCONFIGURATOR-1.1.1 to c:\Program Files\openCONFIGURATOR-1.1.1

    I have the same error.

    If I ignore, I have this error for all following file to install.

    Any suggestion ?

    Hi Emmanuel,

    You need administrative rights in order to install openCONFIGURATOR into the
    program files directory.

    In Windows 7 right click on the setup file and choose "Run as administrator".
    That should do the trick.
