When building project Visual Studio Just-In Time Debugger window appears with the following message:
"An unhandled win32 exception occured in tclsh8.exe
The project contains MN and two CN's.
I have: 1. openCONFIGURATOR -1.0.1 tool
2. ActiveState ActiveTCL 8.5.7.0
3. Microsoft Visual C++ Express Edition
installed on my computer.
Thanks in advance.

In the debug information provided, I see an issue. The ActiveTcl exe should be tclsh85.exe. But the error message shows 'tclsh8.exe' ['5' is missing].
From your text, I guess that you are able to run the tool and able to see the GUI of the tool. And when building the project, you get the above message.
To help us understand your issue, I have few questions.
1) Do you get the same error message when ever you build the project?
2) Are you able to build any other project apart from the project that gives the error message?
3) Can you archive and send us [info@kalycito.com] the project you are using?
