I have tried on multiple PC's with versions 2020-03 and 2019-09 of eclipse, I can install the software from the marketplace or from the downloaded package, but upon creating a new project following the restart I am presented with the following error.
I have tried many things, butnothing seems to reslove the issue... Any advice appreciated.
The selected wizard could not be started.
Plug-in "org.epsg.openconfigurator" was unable to instantiate class "org.epsg.openconfigurator.wizards.NewPowerlinkNetworkProjectWizard".

Following this post i've installed Eclipse Neon RCP&RAP Development ver 4.6.0 and Java 1.8 (jdk-8u271-windows-i586.exe) and managed to pass this error.

I'm having the same problem. I have installed eclipse, openconfigurator and boost (1.58 with vc11) successfully yet i'm not able to create a project.
