Thank you and sorry for my error.
I have installed the Active tcl distibution (is the correct one?). I have also installed libxml2 and add the bin subdirectory to the PATH enviroment variable (is there a preferred directory where I should put it?). But it doesn't work. At the first runnig after the installation asks to create the folder "my documents". Then gives me an error: Error loading Shared Library /Cannot proceed/ Try reinstalling the tool.
Where I'm wrong?

The "Error loading Shared Library /Cannot proceed/ Try reinstalling the tool" happens only when the dlls [openCONFIGURATOR.dll and openConfiguratorWrapper.dll] for the tool is/are missing or if they are altered/corrupted. The installer comes with pre-compiled dlls. We have tested the pre-compiled dlls on many environments [including non-English Windows versions] and we have not faced such issues. Reinstalling the tool should solve the issue.
I understand that you are using a non-English Windows version, but not sure if it is Vista or XP. Please provide more details, so that it will be easy for us to debug your issue, if we know your environment better.
By the way, I would like to know whether you want to use openCONFIGURATOR or you want to extend or customize openCONFIGURATOR.
Cheers,
Kalycito Powerlink Team

Good news: with Vista (Italian) there aren't any problems. The error was with Xp (Italian). I'm using openConfigurator because my prof (i'm a student) is working on Powerlink and openPowerlink, in particular we are trying to build up a network based on openPowerlink.
Thank you for all.

Please have a look to the User Manual (http://www.kalycito.com/downloads.html), the tool needs a Tcl/Tk package to be installed on your machine.
The next release of the tool will clearly indicate an error message if the Tcl/Tk package is not installed.
