[OpenCoin-devel] [GSoC-2016] Contributing to OpenCoin Digital Cash App

Hi Devs:

    I'm Milan Karunarathne and a student at Information Technology ,
University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka. I participated in GSoC 2015 and
completed my project on OpenMRS successfully. I'm interesting in
contributing to FOSSASIA during GSoC 2016 program and like to implement the
idea of "OpenCoin Digital Cash App".

      I already familiar with OpenCoin and prepared a project proposal,
submit it under FOSSASIA organization with the title of *OpenCoin Digital
Cash App*. It would be great if you can give me a feedback on it.
