[opencoe-developer] Pre 1.1.4.1 status

The IzPack GUI installer is nearly ready. Expect a new
release this week. The new installer allows you to
choose the installation directories for various
OpenCOE modules (COE, COE Components, COE data, COE
Users, COE Apps, COE COTS ... ) Some remaining
issues...

COE Installer needs some rework:
COEInstaller - read MakeInstall files
COEInstaller - installation disks/dir

UAM:
New User directories not being created
